The Archdiocese of Chicago kicked off its Tour for Peace with a police-escorted candlelight procession in downtown Chicago from St. John Cantius Church, which attracted more than 2,000 people. The police were grateful for the prayers for peace and offered to escort the historic International Pilgrim Virgin Statue of Fatima to its next two tour locations.

After the procession, people gathered at St. John Cantius for prayers and veneration, including Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.  The event was covered on Relevant Radio; listen to Fr. Joshua Caswell and David Carollo’s interview on Morning Air.
